Love the veterinarians! All of them are great. All the staff is kind and friendly. They can be expensive but I guess that goes for most Vets. Plenty of parking here.
I had posted a review this week and I feel maybe it was a bit unfair. I was writing on emotion. I guess I was looking for a few more options to keep our golden comfortable. I know the clock is ticking and there will be good days and bad days. I apologize to anyone who read my previous review. I decided to take a few days and reflect. My golden of 9 years is suffering from cancer. I know it's the day we live in. Doctors and vets have there hands tied. She's not ready to go but is experiencing terrible panic attacks. Something she has never dealt with before. She's eating and drinking which is a godsend. Only an animal lover can feel what we feel. We took her to best friends I guess praying for an answer our other vet didn't have. Again I apologize for any negativity I portrayed towards them. It wasn't fair. Thank you for reading this post and again all I wanted was her to be comfortable for her final days
I truly feel like all of the doctors at Best Friends Veterinary Care care about my pets as if they were their own. We followed Dr. Glanzberg from another office to this location and we couldn't be happier with the doctors and staff. The office is always clean. My pets and I are always greeted with a smile, and the staff is always checking in with us after our visits. I cannot recommend Best Friends Veterinary Care highly enough!
Let me start by saying that Dr. Regina & Dr. Amy are 2 of the nicest, caring people I have ever met. Dr. Regina has been taking care of our pets since they opened their doors, and continue to do so today. Their facility is by FAR the cleanest vet office I have ever seen or been to, you could walk into the office blindfolded and never know it was a vet office. Dr. Regina’s bed side manner when we had to put down our beloved Bogart was unparrellel and the fact that she made a house call to do it was simply amazing. Dr Glanzberg and Dr Maquire are the best veterinarians I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I have been taking Cooper here since they first opened and I have never been happier. The entire staff is always courteous, kind, professional, and caring. Cooper (our 1/2 Pit, 1/2 Lab rescue) is more than just a pet. Believe me when I tell you, he is our 3rd child. Last year we had to face the most devastating news no parent ever wants to hear. Our beloved Cooper was diagnosed with cancer. The veterinarians and the staff showed such genuine compassion & love during the diagnosis, and walked us through all of our options. They were right there with us, every step of the way. After many months of chemo, Cooper is now cancer free!!!! I don't have enough words to express my gratitude towards everyone who works there. If you have a pet, this is the place to take them. They will treat you like you are part of the family!!
