Rented from Paulina on the 8th of July. She was very knowledgeable and had a answer for every question I had. She had a awesome spirit as well. The property is one of the older properties so it was kind of run down but still in good shape and clean. Got a phone call earlier that week from another employee asking how my move in went. I think it's great they check up and make sure your comfortable where you stay.
My interactions with Carissa, the Property Manager at this Nesconset Public Storage location, were top notch! I found Carissa to be professional, accommodating, personable and by far, has provided the best customer service that I've received in my 10 years of interacting with Public Storage. Carissa went out of her way to reserve a storage unit for me and had my paperwork completed and ready to go when I arrived. She also kindly allowed me to borrow a hand truck as I was having difficulty moving a large cabinet into my new unit. I know she did everything she possibly could do to make my move easy and uneventful. Thank you Carissa for your excellent customer service! For sure, Public Storage is lucky to have you on their team!
Julissa was just absolutely wonderful! She was very helpful and friendly with my grandfather's move in. The environment and unit was clean as well. Highly recommend.

I have been using Public storage for various purposes and have always relied on them heavily for my needs. Recently, I had the pleasure of meeting with Most of the staff (as I usually go after hours) and I must say, what a very valuable team. They were super professional, accommodating and very attentive to my needs. Representation of a company is very important to me, as I am a business owner as well, so this was so huge to me. The property is always clean, the billing is simplistic and I feel secure leaving my belongings underneath their care. 5 stars!
