I recently purchased my first apartment. I was immediately approached by Maureen. She was so helpful and took her time to help me through the decision making process. She helped me furnish my entire apartment. I walked out with more than I anticipated , she suggested so many great ideas!!!! She was so kind and patient and very reassuring. I can't express how helpful & patient she was. I will most definetly be coming back. I am going to recommend all my family & friends to go see Maureen.
DON'T BUY THE GOOF PROOF PLAN!!!! The GOOF PROOF is from a company called Guardian who is down south..I called them for a tear and a hole in my couch and they declined it right away!! They will ask you a series of questions in the beginning of the claim. They only cover ACCIDENTAL claims but what the don't tell you is that NOTHING falls into the ACCIDENTAL coverage category. It's a SCAM!! They could NOT give me a reason of what would fall under the ACCIDENTAL category.They are set up to decline ALL claims!!!! Your Bob's salesman will NOT tell you that. They tell you everything is covered....NOT!! Don't waste your money!! I bought a useless plan and wasted m $$. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
I love Bob's! Patrick was super helpful. I went there for living room couches and due to the odd shape of my living room I was having trouble figuring out what was going to fit. Patrick spent about 2 hours with me measuring everything they had in the showroom until we found the perfect fit! He was so sweet and patient with me! I have already recommended him and will continue to Do so! Fantastic customer service. Also we love the couches they are super comfy and they fit perfect!!!
Went into the store and knew what I wanted. Had assistance as soon as we walked in and were shown the couch we liked. We had our 1 year old and he was greeted by several employees! He ran around and played on couches and no one seemed to mind. We tried out the couch, decided we wanted it and we ordered it! We even bough goof proof, because with a 2 yr old, you know you need it. And it was explained to us very well! Our delivery came this morning, on time. The guys were awesome. Quick and efficient. We have so many stairs and a crappy rock driveway and they had no complaints! I was sad I had no money to tip them and my husband had already left for work. They set it up exactly how I wanted it and they were done within a half hour!
The prices and variety offered here are unbeatable. The salesman that helped us, Curt was great! He was very nice, honest and helpful. Our furniture arrived super fast and he was in touch with us though the process. Excellent customer service. I will definitely go back to the store when shopping for furniture and I recommend to everyone.
